Healthy Looking Body

Our body needs proper nutrition to be safe from any diseases and to have a good appearance. If the body gets proper nourishment in the right amount and kind of foods, the skin will be clear and healthy looking, the lips red, and the hair healthy and glossy, the expression of the face is alert and bright. Proper nutrition is an aid to beauty. It helps us to look better feel better and live longer.
We can get nutrients from vegetables, meats, beans, fishes, poultry. eggs, milks, bread, butter and others. We should eat a good variety of foods belonging to the body-building foods, energy-giving foods and regulating foods. We need also to be clean to prevent diseases and we should have enough rest and exercise.
We need all this to prevent disease and to live longer.
